Throughout her whole life, Erin was extremely injury-prone. Whether it was from playing sports in her youth or just walking around, broken bones, torn ligaments, and lots of bruising was constant. As an adult trying to find a way to stay active and connect with her body, she tried all of the trendy fitness classes but nothing quite stuck. When visiting with family, she was encouraged to join her mother and grandmother (separately) for Pilates sessions. After her first session, she was hooked. Because of the focus on safety and meticulous attention to proper technique, she was able to reconnect with her body and gain a (much needed) sense self-awareness. A few years into regular practice, she was approached to take part in a local teacher training at her studio in Denver, Colorado. She completed her 500-hour intensive training in late 2017 and sat for the Pilates Method Alliance exam in October 2018.

Erin loves educating her clients as she teaches and focuses on making sure her clients of all abilities and starting points are appropriately challenged. She finds that breaking down movement to focus on alignment and form are equally as important as the workout.

When Erin is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and dog, cooking, and traveling the world.
